PvP
The June 9, 2026 Monument of Triumph update did not add new PvP maps. The map pool and primary mode rotation are unchanged from the Renegades era. Sandbox changes (subclass reworks, weapon nerfs/buffs) do affect PvP — see the Sandbox section for details.
Mode Rotation
Check the in-game Director for the current weekly mode. Standard Crucible rotations include Control, Clash, Survival, Rift, and Iron Banner (seasonal). Trials of Osiris runs on weekends.
Sandbox Notes for PvP
Key June 9 changes that affect PvP specifically:
— Scatter Grenades chase distance reduced by -50% (less corner-clearing ability)
— Grapple boss melee bonus damage reduced by -50%
— Ward of Dawn is larger — more visible, easier to avoid in PvP
— Exotic Transmog is PvE only — Exotics keep their original visual in PvP
— Turncoat (new Void HC) adds a competitive primary option
